The Pado Power Fellowship is a 5-day residential training program designed to strengthen community organizing and campaign strategy for climate activists in South Korea. Hosted by AktivAsia and co-planned alongside South Korean alumni of AktivAsia’s flagship programs, the initiative brings together activists and organizers across the Korean climate and energy movements to build a strong, collaborative community of practice.

Combining AktivAsia's regional organizing framework with the ground-level expertise of local alumni, this immersive retreat provides a dedicated space away from daily routines for focused reflection and hands-on learning. Over five days, participants analyze power dynamics and forces resisting change, design robust campaign strategies, and craft action tactics—walking away with practical organizing tools and an interconnected peer network equipped to launch winning climate campaigns.
